- Fundraising (Identification of donors, project/program design and presentation, negotiations, networking) : Microfinance sector development project co-funded by the Islamic Development Bank and the West African Development Bank for XOF F 10 billions ;
- Project managment : Building institutional capacity project for nine (09) public entities to provide quality services (Funded by National budget for XOF F100 millions).

- Organization of capacity building training session : Ten (10) manuals dissemination session for 100 civil servants in charge of expenditure and result chain ;
- Development of Benin’s evaluation policy and its strategic plan.
